Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Indy Doll Show. We are operating on a different premise than most doll shows. We are being very intentional about the space, the vendors, and the experience. For 2027, the venue is twice as big as our October show!

**Important note: ** This convention features a full 10×10 space—more room than a standard table setup. The standard booth comes with 1 table; additional tables can be purchased for $12 each. Below are some potential setups.

Booth Space Pricing

10 x 10 In-Line Booth

10-foot-by-10-foot booth includes 1 8-foot table and 2 chairs. In-line booth costs $125 (additional tables $12 each)

10 x 10 Corner Booth

10-foot-by-10-foot booth includes 2 8-foot tables and 2 chairs. A corner booth costs $175

9-Foot-Wide Aisles

We know that strollers and carts can cause aisle congestion, so we are opting for larger aisles.

Parking

Each booth will receive 1 free parking pass. There are thousands of nearby parking spaces at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.

Convention Timetable

8 am – 10 am – Vendor Loading
10 am – 11 pm – VIP Hour
11 pm – 5 pm – Convention
5 pm – 7 pm – Vendor Clean-up
