Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the premiere Indy Doll Show. We are operating on a different premise than most doll shows. We are being very intentional about the space, the vendors, and the experience.
Dolls invoke nostalgia, youthful memories of playing with beloved toys. With that in mind, we want the show to be fun. We have a one-of-a-kind Barbie backdrop for fun pictures. We have a mini-Barbie exhibition that includes Barbie #1 from 1959.
This convention will have wider aisles, so collectors can move easily from booth to booth. If this fits your style, fill out the form below.
Booth Space Pricing
10 x 10 In-Line Booth
10-foot x 10-foot booth includes one 8-foot table and 2 chairs. In-line booth costs $100
10 x 10 Corner Booth
10-foot x 10-foot booth includes one 8-foot table, one 6-foot table and 2 chairs. Corner booth costs $150
9 Foot Wide Aisles
We know that strollers and carts can cause aisle congestion, so we are opting for larger aisles.
80 Total Booths
There are 12 Corner booths and 68 Inline booths. As of April 14th, 10 corner booths and 67 inline booths remain. Your space is not locked in until payment is received.
Parking
Each booth will receive 1 free parking pass. There are thousands of nearby parking spaces at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
Convention Timetable
8 am – 10 am – Vendor Loading
10 am – 11 pm – VIP Hour
11 pm – 6 pm – Convention
6 pm – 7 pm – Vendor Clean-up
