Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Indy Doll Show. We are operating on a different premise than most doll shows. We are being very intentional about the space, the vendors, and the experience.
**Important note: ** This convention features a full 10×10 space—more room than a standard table setup. The standard booth comes with 1 table; additional tables can be purchased for $12 each. Below are some potential setups.
Booth Space Pricing
10 x 10 In-Line Booth
10-foot-by-10-foot booth includes 1 8-foot table and 2 chairs. In-line booth costs $100 (additional tables $12 each)
10 x 10 Corner Booth
10-foot-by-10-foot booth includes 2 8-foot tables and 2 chairs. A corner booth costs $150
9-Foot-Wide Aisles
We know that strollers and carts can cause aisle congestion, so we are opting for larger aisles.
Remaining Booths 9/9
8 Spots Remain 1 – Corner against wall 3 – Inline against wall 4 – Inline (no wall behind)
Parking
Each booth will receive 1 free parking pass. There are thousands of nearby parking spaces at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
